I spoke with the head of the company at the Morningside site a few months ago. When I asked about pricing he said they were not finalized yet but that they would be expensive. I'm guessing $1.5 million+ for Morningside.

These plans would be up against those at the Mondrian about a block away. Those are priced at $1 million plus with more square footage. I'd expect these to be priced slightly lower.

This looks like a massing study. Not representative of final materials. The balconies don't even have floors.
