Highrise Tower
8000 Greenbriar is now named The Tape. Formerly used to store oil and gas tapes, The Tape pays homage to Houston's history of energy and discovery with an innovation retrofit. https://transwestern.com/property/the-tape https://images1.cityfeet.com/d2/LfH4RehWqFL9t4KZbDSf2F7gppjHfR6vxyiEodtEi5M/document.pdf
Highrise Tower
Wooden frame going up on the corner. Would this be a For Lease sign for The Tape? Any ideas on what's happening?
Highrise Tower
New Quest still owns this? What the TMC area needs is a Class-A retail development. I've noticed the retail along Main, Kirby, OST, Almeda, Fannin, etc. is all run of the mill. A high-end mixed-use district would be awesome to see. Maybe TMC3 would spark interest for luxury retail nearby.

Highrise Tower
The property is back on the market. NewQuest Crosswell is selling 21.3-acres and a 52,000 square foot building. I haven't seen this on Loopnet yet. HAIF has the inside scoop!
