Greater Houston Bowling Association? Strange Metal building, doesn't seem long enough for bowling lane?

 

Does anyone know what this building is? Bowling Lanes? I always thought it was utility and I was walking by and saw bowling on the door and my interest was piqued.

My guess is that it's for meetings, office space, or some super basic bowling lessons?
