It would be in the existing Heron Lakes Office Park on North Belt near North Gessner. Was surprised to see it possibly be something as tall as the 16 floor version that seems to be preferred, though alternate 3 and 4 story versions are presented. The existing buildings there range between 2 and 5 floors.
