There was a great article in yesterday's Zest magazine about trying to save the old Alabama theater. In the article they mentioned the recent razing of Meyerland's Carousel House. I grew up in Meyerland but don't remember anything about it.

I am SO glad Granit brought up socialism in his response.

And I am SO glad Granit chose this particular property to make way for whatever he builds <_<

At least this is getting some national attention!

Yes, around the time that Lisa Gray's article came out. I did it on a whim, but their news editor replied and said they were interested and were putting someone on the story. I also went to shoot some photos, which were originally supposed to be on Houston Mod's website, but Record asked for them first.

  • The title was changed to Carousel House At 9602 Moonlight Dr.
