Interesting. I don't know if the traffic can take anything more in the 59/Hwy 6 area. I try to avoid that area as much as I can now.

If you had asked me that question 10 years ago, I would have said no way. But there are quite a few large corporations in Sugar Land and more on their way. Fluor by itself frequently brings in businessmen from all over the world. I don't think the hoteliers would build them if they didn't think there was a need. That’s a testament of the growth in Sugar Land. Twenty years ago you were lucky to find a place to dine out in Sugar Land.
