Are there any paper recylcing bins around the Heights? They had them in quite a few places in spring branch but I can't seem to find any in the heights.

I don't know of any. I use the green recycle bin from the City. They pick up paper, cardboard, plastic and metal. The only thing they don't recycle is glass.

If I have too much for my bin, I got to the City recycling center on Harvard, by the RR tracks just north of Center. You can also recycle glass there which you cannot do at curbside.

there are paper recycling bins at All Saints Church on 10th St. If you drop off your papers there you help their school raise money.

There's one on the east side of Yale after I-10, but be darned if I can remember the cross street.... I'll look this weekend.

UPDATE: 714 Yale at Pappas Bros. is now the only one I see on Yale. If it's newspaper you want to get rid of, the SNAP clinic on Durham can always use it - they go through a lot lining the critter cages.
