If I did have a gun for whatever reason, I doubt I would have shot him, unless I felt threatened by him. Driving away however doesn't seem threatening to me.What would you do TJ? I need to feel your warm embrace!". Then Tracy "cried rape." Then Darrel murders Devin before wondering if Tracy just might be a willing participant. Tracy "was charged with making a false report to a police officer -- for allegedly saying she was raped" So Darrel murdered Devin in a fit of passion but Tracy takes the hit because she apparently falsely accused Devin of rape. Besides the fact that this is classic Texas Trailer Trash Drama, I would find it far more satisfying to dump Tracy and make sure everyone knows that she and Devin are nothing more than co-whores. Then if it came to light, like this story turned out, I still wouldn't feel so bad, because that S.O.B. should have kept himself away from my wife in the first place, and he wouldn't have to pee sitting down now. The wife got out and the guy tried to drive away or he is driving away with the women in the truck. Sounds like he just fired at the truck and got lucky. Criminals should be shot before they get away. Doesn't sound like he had a chance to jump him. When Tracy Roberson cried that she was being raped, LaSalle tried to drive away and her husband drew the gun he happened to be carrying and fired several shots at the truck, authorities said.
