    I like the Base, somethng you don't see often in Houston, espically with the 'green' area on the side, but I don't like the extra parking near the pool. I don't expect this to be on hold (never really was actually). 5yrs? Come on, this development just received a 18(?) million by TIRZ and the economic crisis is thawing out slowly. I also think the Houston city council will make sure this thing gets built. In about 5yrs I expect this to be completed or u/c at least.

    Once again, great find Lockmat! Riverstone After the delay due to the Ike hurricane in October2008, construction and sales at Riverstone master plan have started to pick up again. We now have the utilities installation schedule, and have re-started the sales process with local builders. Last week, James was in Houston, meeting the builders with Paul to plan for the sales. The three original top local builders, John Laing, David Weekly and MHI are submitting their construction plan to GBI and lending institutions.
