  1. The website was registered 4-15-2014.

    Hmmmm.

All private registration stuff is with a Canadian firm.

    Hmmmm

Right, lots of Toronto imagery, and there are some Chicago images as well.  Could be the same developer/architects who did those projects designed for Toronto?

There was another tower shown - the only one from the ground up - those other three were just place holders from what I gather - visuals?  Could be wrong?

Luckily June 2nd is only a little ways off, so the wait for more information won't be too long.

And, the site has private registration in Toronto......

I noticed the Toronto high-rises as well, a lot of developments going on there that includes multiple high-rise condos. Could indeed be a Canadian firm.

  2. General manager Shannon Conway tells CultureMap that the construction "took all of our parking," which forced the decision to shutter. Frank Crappito plans to retire according to Conway, but the general manager may work with other employees at the restaurant to find a new space.

Mike's really excited about his next development, CORE Park West. He's wrapping up the master plan and putting a bow on the capital, and the team is working on construction drawings for the first building. That 320k SF spec facility (far right in this sneak-peek rendering) will break ground in September. Mike tells us the campus will be forward-looking, with all the elements companies want: A neat environment, efficient floorplates, lots of water features (if you're looking to cool off during the work day), fun places to walk (including adjacent Bear Creek Park), and great access/visibility.
