    I think it's a great gesture on the part of the team. I'm sure some other teams in all the professional or even amatuer leagues are doing the same thing, but this is the first I have heard of it. What could you find wrong in giving to help a school and community that has been devastated to the extent of Virginia Tech?

    I was at that game, it was awesome! We were sitting in a section where we were some of the only Dynamo fans so it was nice to be able to just smile and talk some trash to the pa choke ah people. It was also really cool to see the Dynamo live in action again for the first time since last summer. Go Dynamo!

    Thanks for the info...I figured the new one was built around the 60's based on the architecture, and I'm sure it smells just like it looks. Thats too bad. It's a shame that so many architectural gems get the axe just to be replaced by some bland building.

    Yeah, I would definitely say they took a step backwards with the design of that new courthouse...but maybe the new courthouse has a much more grandiose interior . When did they tear down the old one and build the new one?

    Beats me...it doesn't really make sense that the article was written for December...yet it says "ground breaking was scheduled for early November." You think they would be able to know whether or not they started construction if the article was written a month after scheduled start time.

    I'm sure the article was written sometime before November or whenever groundbreaking was slated. It definitely isn't from the last couple of months, the title is misleading.

    That site says that groundbreaking was scheduled for November of '06...it never officially says that ground was ever broken on the project.

    There Rockets thoroughly whipped those neighbors to the West at their place for the first time in 8 years I think last night. That deserves some respekt right there.

    Wow an official Astros thread four months before the season begins...thats a new record. Is this because we are more excited about the upcoming season or more skeptical with all the latest news? Either way, by the time April rolls around I'm always ready for the Astros to start it up again.

    Yeah, the Rockets are caught up on this crazy idea of playing DEFENSE! What are they thinking? It's good to see the Rockets get back on track...hopefully we can stay healthy this year.

    The Eagles are considered by some a Superbowl contendor...not by others...but they are much improved from last year. Donovan McNabb is healthy and so is Brian Westbrook and pretty much everyone that was injured last year, when they were supposed to go far (before everyone went down to injuries). I don't see us beating Indy...but it would be a great time to show some people that we have improved and hang with the big boys.

    Haha no I'm just giving you a hard time. Although, they may be reconsidering that now since Davis is done for the season. WE SHOULDA DRAFTED BUSH!!! hahaha
