  1. The Katy Freeway. What a drag it is. To drive out of Cinco Ranch is enough at 6 in the morning. Then you have to drive about 25 miles to Downtown. It is frustrating to me. I usually take the Addicks Park&Ride on the Metro Bus. It's quicker than Kingsland Blvd. When I am in that traffic though, I want to scream.
  2. Which do you choose. Don't get all hatred to people. Just act civilized.
  3. Cinco Ranch, but once I get married, my wife and I are thinking moving to Seven Meadows about a few months after marriage in Katy.
  4. No not CVS. There are building another one on the Grand Parkway at Kingsland Blvd. There is already one 2 miles down Grand Parkway next to the SuperTarget at my aparment complex in Cinco Ranch. There are to many of these popping up in my area. Many others on the East side of the Grand Parkway in Katy and West of South Fry Road in Katy.
  5. Dallas' Uptown is really growing. I wish ours could grow more like that, more dense and pedestrian friendly.
  6. I agree, but all your talking about is the French Quarter. Name other parts of New Orleans that aren't as bad as they seem.
  7. Where did you find that pick at? Any websites on it? One more question, when do they plan on completing this?
  8. Does anyone know a good website to look at renderings and more information about "Indigo Earth"?
  9. That just reminded me. 62 people in one day. That's pretty good. If only all the members had came back.....
  10. Go to the Katy Mills Walmart Supercenter. Much much better. The Fry Road one is used to be an old regular Walmart, Katy's first. They made it into a Supercenter, so that probably explains the looks of it.
  11. Yeah, Fry Road is a very busy place in that area. So much development. Applepee's is almost done. Indigo Earth nearby, and many other retail shops like Sam's, Lowe's, Randalls, Kroger, Kohls, Walmart Supercenter, Target, the Home Depot, Best Buy, and more. All in a 3 mile long stretch. 2 miles north of the Katy Freeway, 1 mile south of the Katy Freeway, all on Fry Road.
  12. All theve done so far is a small little building but this thing is going to be nice.
  13. Greenway could have a boom soon. I like the area and it's not to bad for retail and shops at all. It won't be a Galleria, but it could be something different.
