    Vanderbilt - 3704 Fannin St. Estimated to open in December 2014. First 2 floors will be a Twin Peaks style sports bar and third floor will be a lounge. Helping boost up the Mid-Main area.

    They are developing most of the southern half with Midtown building a small linear park and restaurant space at the most southern end of that block. On the northern half will be a larger park developed by Midtown.

    I heard rumors of a residential building planned for block 387. I finally saw something that gave that rumor some credence although I don't have anything substantial - this should be taken with a grain of salt. Soil samples.

    surgehomes.com Shows that 4001 Main may have plans for condos/townhomes. They also show condominium plans for 103 N. Jackson St. in downtown but I don't know if they have added any signage to that site...
