why would you fear retaliation? if there are rats coming from a property the healthy dept should respond as it is now a public issue. if not, contact the councilmember's office (garcia) and make sure they are aware of the health issues involved. have them call the health dept. make sure and be very specific 1) rodents 2) 30+ cats 3) standing water document when you call for your records.

it depends how picky you are. no you don't need central air, your wood floors redone, a plug in the restroom, a water valve to feed your refrigerator, a large enough circuit to power a microwave, etc however they sure make life a little easier/nicer for some of us.

when it opens later this yr, 2 people total will be enough with the ez tag. you will have to make sure and notify the hctra that you are a carpool and the ride will be free.
