    parking situation is horrible. the whole garage was packed earlier today. should be interesting how this is going to play out when the retail opens at the bottom floor.

    i think they are expecting more foot and bike traffic from this location. think about the positive side of lack of parking. 1. less crowded gym 2. people more likely to jog or bike to the gym (i know i'm gonna be driving there, but if parking because hassle, then i will bike there instead)

    So according to this page: link, a express bus service from downtown to iah will start in august. any more information about this? "Express bus service from Downtown Transit Center to Intercontinental Airport starts in August. Looking at this map, I hope that it will have a few stops added in 2012

    Do you think a scooter to ride around in the Midtown/ Downtown area only? at first it seems really safe, but if you think about it, every block is an intersection. the more intersections = the more dangerous. what do you guys think?

    i was already a member so i didn't need to sign up. yeah, there were a lot of people there. more employees than members. entrance to the club is on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. really convenient to have in midtown. and is 100 times better than that hole-in-the-wall gym, metamorphosize.

    Thanks! Yeah, I was happy to see this eyesore go away. An empty lot looks better and feels safer than a building where the homeless used for shelter.

    they put the kids playground right up against the windows on the corner spot. i think it looks ugly. this space could have been used to put some treadmills so the runners can watch the traffic at that intersection. i still see the starbucks- http://www.crosspointproperties.com/prop1/prop1_info.htm

    i can't wait til they demolish that building. i don't care if its the first strip center ever.

    why is there a Forever 21 in this center? that store is catered towards kids that think the age 21 is cool. wonder if it will do well
