    they already have Yao's coming, so no need of another chinese food restaurant. H&M and Niketown would be ideal because it would attract people from all over Houston to come by. So what stores are opening today? This is exciting! I remember following this project since it was just parking lots.

    How come the bottom floor is still vacant? the 24 brings so many people to that shopping center. i would think it would fill up fast with retail. any word?

    i never got the name. some employees at the 24 hour fitness were telling me about this rumor. so it isn't from a reliable source. anyways, are you guys gonna get rid of that awful looking fence around the parking lot? no offense, it's just that i don't think it's necessary.

    cravesushi: there is rumored to be a new sushi restaurant opening up under the new 24 Hour fitness (on the next block). How do you think this will affect your restaurant? to have 2 sushi restaurants in such close proximity.

    where can i find the info on this bus? it is already august and i want to plan a trip in september. however i need a schedule so i can pick the right times.

    Midtown is hands down the best area out of the ones you listed. especially with the new 24 Hour fitness and many restaurants up and coming. You can't go wrong with Midtown. it's worth the extra money.
