    wait are we still speculating that this is going up or has there been an announcement? sorry, i'm kinda confused how this topic started up. i just don't want to get really excited and then disappointed again. seems to be the trend nowadays.

    i agree about the moving the Post Office. the land it sits on is pretty valuable. the government could use the money.

    thanks for that. but do people that aren't involved in the real estate business attend these things? i saw the guest list and it seems like everyone works for a real estate company.

    this project would have been completed by now if they followed through with their plans

    kinda a big disappointment. looks like they painted the whole front of the building white. looks like crap painted over with white paint. they are just gonna restore it only using paint.

    How come they have street lights on the feeder facing the wrong direction (incoming traffic)? it looks like someone turned the street lights around so they face the wrong way on every block.

    why are these shops open 24 hours a day? it doesn't seem practical and profitable. can someone explain?

    i've noticed a significant change in the decreased number of homeless people in midtown over the past 5 years. its amazing

    i hope they tear down that shopping complex behind the superblock. the one with Escobar and Whiskey Creek. it would be nice to use that whole block as part of a big project on the superblock.

    i think the sign is ugly. maybe because i'm not a fan of the @ sign. i think they should have spelled it out "at"

    i've been on the east side of midtown for 5 years and had no problems with crime.

    this is the only Super Sport 24 Hour Fitness in Houston. the one on post oak is just a Sport. for some reason they called it Super-Sport.
