  1. @Ross, is there anything on the Houston County Clerk website about this? I can't seem to figure the website out.
  2. The property has been sold. No developments will occur until at least next year. The "valet" service reference in the first notice is concerning.
  3. There's nothing in the Plat Tracker for the 8/19 meeting. It may have some more info on the document once it's available: https://plattracker.houstontx.gov/edrc/rptDraftAgendaItems.aspx
  4. Interesting. There's a new waste water permit as of March by H2B Engineering, a structural engineering firm. Can't find much else. HCAD still says Pruitt and can't find any recent commercial sales in Biz Journal that would fit this description. They could be replatting the land to sell. If it has already sold, the plat says the intent is a commercial development which would be great for this area! I can't wait for the Canal and Commerce corridors to connect the development at the East side of Commerce/Canal/Nav to the greater East End community.
  5. From what I've seen from other businesses most are almost instantaneous but I would expect them to get plan review requests in a few weeks early.
  6. To ask the dumb question, what is the significance of a TOD designation? Extra walkway requirements?
  7. Are you able to see the plans included in the permits? IDK how to pull that.
  8. "Fenway Development", linked to Lovett/InTown offices at 1520 Oliver St, is submitting permits for this building. Any idea what's going on here? Seems like it'll remain commercia.
  9. They submitted WW permits for the lots at Harrisburg and Milby just to turn around and list it for sale so hopefully they follow through on the residential development.

  11. Going back for approval, assuming RK is waiting for this prior to listing it on their website.
  12. The Night Shift bar on Harrisburg and York is amazing. Right at the Metro Coffee Plant stop.
  13. Land for sale. Cross your fingers. Variance request going forward on July 22 to remove the through street and create one large unrestricted reserve
  14. Expecting a soft opening from night shift in the next week or so from rumblings in the hood
  15. Brave Architecture is the design firm on the permits. Nothing on their website yet: https://bravearchitecture.com/
  16. Couldn't find a page for the Headquarters location but there's a new coffee shop (Corazon Coffee) going in there.
