  1. Photos from today! So massive! Wonder if they'll have beer on tap? Or maybe an exclusive H-E-B brewery? Gotta compete with Whole Foods Post Oak!
  2. Amazon/Beezos is a sensitive subject for some, but I've read that the Washington Post is now in troubles with employee benefits. Beezo's is only matching 1% of the employee 401k's at the Washington Post. Another article: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/washington-post-jeff-bezos_us_59df9245e4b00abf3646fff9?hgc
  3. Thanks for bumping the thread. Not sure if it's related but I just noticed several construction signs on 610 near the Bellaire/Bissonnett/Fournace exit. Think the signs specified "Construction begins in the next 1/2 mile"
  4. Do we start a new thread for the 610/59 interchange? This is going to be a madhouse and I might need a place to vent Plus construction photos, etc.
  5. This is looking really good! Passed by the site last week.
  6. Thanks. 610 will now have two different remodel phases! Going to be a madhouse for the next decade. The Elevated 610 West Loop Express Lanes and then this 610 Bus Lanes.
  7. I thought the bus lanes was apart of the Uptown improvements project. Found the thread
  8. I'm confused. There are two different 610 projects coming in 2018? The 610/59 Interchange is the same as the 610 Elevated Express Lanes? Should be the same project, right? The 610 elevated express lanes goes from the 59 Spur to I-10. That whole 4-mile stretch of 610. I might be making it more confusing.
  9. Was riding in a car on the way to Spindletap Brewery for the Operation Juice Drop release party. "Little Dubai" with Amegy's new bldg The signage is so tiny! From the freeway, you cannot make it out. Guess residential towers don't put huge signage logos ala Amegy Bank.
  10. Started? Pulling up trees a long the side of the freeway for further development? *via Nextdoor posting about the project
  11. Ramps! One at each end of the property.
  12. Was watching KPRC's aerial footage days after the so called "800 year flood" and caught Memorial Green on TV. Memorial Drive was flooded but the front of this development was all white and clean!
  13. The other week. I like this photo because of the crane reflection off the BHP Billiton tower
