    Nancy's superlatives can usually be taken with a grain of salt. The building looks npt bad but hardly flashy. Very corporate.

    Awesome! I was just wondering about this as my post on another hotel across 59 was apparently deleted. Good news that this is moving forward.

    This is what I've been saying all along. That midtown needs taller buildings. Some of those "energy centre v" type buildings would be good here.
