There was a public hearing last night on a 10-year improvement plan in midtown.  Anyone know what all was involved with that?

I drive by this variance request across the street from HCC Central on Crawford all the time...I guess the 3500 block of Crawford.  It is next to an old funeral home (that looks like it went out of business a few months ago).  Does anyone know anything about this project, and does it constitute demolishing the funeral home as well?
