  2. gin design group is handling the interior design (finishes, hardware, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and accessibility equipment) for these projects. Also, no restaurants are planed for 813 and 850 McKee (and nothing in the future that I am aware of).

  4. Project Name: The HUB Architect: Perkins & Will Location: Adjacent to the Science And Research Building 2 and up against The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts. Information: 2-story mass timber building that is 49,873 SF. Level 1 consists of Dining/Lounge, Restaurants, and a Coffee venue. Level 2 consists of offices, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, and an outdoor terrace (615 SF). There will be a significant amount of landscaping work as this includes the majority of Davinci's Grove.

Information: 3-story office building addition for LifeGift with a footprint area of 7,800 SF. The expansion will be a total of 22,253 SF with a 2,297 SF roof terrace and a 2,900 SF vegetative green roof.

Total residential space is 28,840 SF with 31 units. Outdoor amenity decks at level 2 and 4. 6 unit terraces at level 2 and 3 unit balconies at level 4. The building exterior is comprised of masonry and fiber cement siding. Project: Warehouse District Address: 813 McKee Houston, TX 77002 Architect: W Partnership - Wallace • Wilson Architects Information: 5-Story multi-family with parking at level 1. Total residential space is 244,314 SF with 273 units (all 1-bedroom). Outdoor amenity deck at level 2. Lobby and Coffee Room at level 1. 11,500 SF courtyard terrace and separate outdoor kitchen and fitness area (4,000 SF) at level 2. The building exterior is comprised of masonry and fiber cement siding with a small amount of metal panels. There will also be a total of 11 art walls at the North and West side of the building (20' high).

Pinto is not part of UT but it is owned by Ernest Cockrell, who is on the advisory board for UT Energy Institute. https://energy.utexas.edu/about/advisory-board/ernest-cockrell The article you linked is for 800 Middle St., which the Houston Housing Authority purchased form Pinto East End (Crockwell) in 2020 for around 15M. They had/have a deal in place with NRP Group to build what is called EADO 800. It looks like it will move forward. Exterior is comprised mostly of masonry and cast stone with a small portion being stucco.

Level one parking with Lounge, Business Center, and Activity Room. Level 2 has a pool terrace and also a "Quiet" courtyard terrace, along with a Fitness Center and Library/Lounge. Levels 2-5 contain residential units. Level 5 has 2 viewing decks. The current design includes a 28 story cast-in-place concrete structure (level 13 is skipped) with curtainwall and metal panel facade. This project consists of a 2-level garage basement, parking on levels 3-8, office levels on levels 9-28 and terraces on levels 12,20 & 28. Total Garage Area: 214,337 SF Total Office & Terrace Area: 454,259 SF Start Date: June 15, 2021 Completion Date: November 29, 2023
  13. I believe the reason the developer and the General Contractor (Harvey) couldn't come to an agreement and the project being put on hold was because of the drawings. They are schematic at best and missing numerous details but they want to contract off of the set. Every contractor is going to add a considerable amount to their proposal just to cover themselves. Hopefully they are putting it on hold because a progressive set is being put together by the architect.
