OK. So just to get an idea it will be in the building to the right of Saks Fifth as shown in the pic. I thought they were going to build a whole seperate restaurant connected to the mall. -

Well that sucks if it is just a restaurant that is inside the mall like Ninfa's is. I thought it was a larger restaurant like the Cheesecake Factory. -

Does anybody know if it is a major restaurant like the Cheesecake Factory, where you can enter from the outside? -
I beieve the building is suppose to be black glass. This is not a very detailed rendering. 1401 LOUISIANA An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a lead tenant to make a significant impression on Houston's Central Business District. An opportunity to "fine tune" both the interior and exterior to specific requirements. An opportunity to claim the building's name identification. 1401 Louisiana, a proposed 400,000 square foot Class A office tower -- offering unique lead tenant options -- adjacent to WEDGE International Tower, in Houston's Central Business District.

Fox Sports Grill is coming to Houston. It will be located in the Galleria. Has anybody seen construction on this. Will it be a seperate restaurant that you can enter from the outdoors, because I cannot see a FOX Sports Grill being small. There are only 4 currently in the U.S. -

According to emporis, Houston has 12 scrapers proposed and 6 approved. Does anybody have any info on these buildings going up. In the Inner Loop East area, which is downtown, there are 2 proposed and 1 approved. In the Inner Loop South area, which is the Medical Center area, there are 3 proposed. On the Westside of Houston, I am guessing this is from Uptown to Westchase, there are 6 proposed and 3 approved. In the Inner Loop West area, this is not including Uptown, there are 2 approved and 2 proposed. Anybody have any info?

Yeah, the Hertz commercial does play around the country. "Close to you." lol.
-
This commercial plays in Los Angeles.
-
That is because those commercials are shown just in Texas. Especially the ones that say "Ford is the best in Texas."

I've seen a Subaru commercial with Lance Armstrong in it that takes place in Houston. The subaru is driving on I-45 and you can see the three aches of the new Metro Transit Authority building in the background. There is another shot where you can see the skyline coming up 45.
