    Except it's not a box... Devon has some nice features and is a perfect example on how to differentiate from a glass box. Very classy and not gaudy at all.

    His opinion would probably be shared by many world-renowned architects. It's probably even shared with many Chevron associates. Also everyone here knows we are not the decision makers but this is a forum where we voice them.

    I should clarify. I agree with this, "I'm sure they actually give shade though. The mini shade blades on these newer buildings probably give hardly any shade inside." But I disagree with what you said next.

    I like the style but the building is just eyesore for me. I want it to keep that "radiator" look but modernized.

    Personally I dislike the building. I love the design but it didn't age well. I hope they keep the same geometry but modernized.

    It is widely accepted that 115 ft is the height required to be called a highrise. I don't think there is an exact definition though.

    Based off google earth it should be visible on some parts of 288. Hopefully it gets built.

    Lol that's the view I was referring too. You can even see the top of Hess Tower from there. It's actually a pretty cool spot to chill during a 2-17 route.

    Our rail is not that extensive where numbers are needed. I am sure they have a system in place for direct routes but then again it's Metro...

    I hope it gets built, I was thinking last night when I saw the renderings how cool the skyline would look from inside Minute Park if some these new proposals get built.
