Wow UH is really getting some nice architecture. These new buildings look more interesting then the majority of new construction taking place in Houston. Other developers need to take note. The insperity center, power plant, optometry building, and dining hall all look great.

Hopefully Midway can help turn this property around and become a success like its City Centre mixed use development.

The property is still listed for sale. Here is a link to the listing which includes some conceptual designs. The second rendering looks like a Broadstone design.

Here is a complex they have under construction on West Dallas.

Yes that location it's on a major thoroughfare and the light rail. Seems like a good location for a high rise. At one point in time a high rise was planned for the site.

That's kind of disappointing I was hoping a high rise would be built at that site. Broadstone builds such boring and bland buildings.

I don't believe that Fingers owns that building they are leasing it.
-
It's neighbor is a suburban stye shopping center if anything it needs to be torn down and redeveloped and it needs to take its neighbor across the street with it.

@ LTAWACS 1 million trees which he paid for and planted. He can do what he pleases with them. How many trees have you planted ? Since your so concerned. He planted the trees so that the area would have a wooded feel im sure he will leave a great majority of them.

This project was announced and been planned long before the Hines office park.
