    They city is about to set a bad precedent. The traffic on this project has been studied to death. It just ain't there.

    Maybe, but I found it interesting in the SF Zoo mauling that the Tiger reportedly passed up other visitors to chase the two original perps.

    My daughter doesn't think our zoo is crappy. She loves it. That's good enough for me. Zoo memberships here are a great deal if you have a family.

    The neighborhood itself will help traffic around the Ashby high rise. This isn't suburban neighborhood where there are only one or two ways in and out and through streets are spaced far apart. Southampton is an open grid with many through streets and access points. The traffic can distribute to several locations and can route around congested areas, quickly blending into the background traffic.

    Isn't that an oxymoron? And you're right. I don't watch sitcoms either. The only reason I own a TV is to watch football and the occasional DVD movie.

    Well, then for consistency's sake, I hope that when some of you folks fly to New York, you refer to Idlewild Airport rather than JFK Airport. You know, to avoid the partisan Democratness of it all

    While it's nice to have a street not changing names as you drive on it, changing the name of a street after the fact is often opposed by businesses along the street due to the burden of having their address changed.
