That's some dodgy SEO work. Your backlink is pointing to this thread.

Wow! Amazing. The Galleria expansion, the River Oaks District Grand Opening, and now The Kirby Collection: Houston is white hot! The Kirby Collection will hopefully bring the remaining luxury shops like Escada, Stefano Ricci, Oscar De la Renta, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Donna Karan, Scoop NYC, and Manolo Blahnik. The Kirby Collection may even be the development to finally land Brioni. Let's hope.
Which Goodwill location do you donate your old items?

It seems like they enclosed the dogtrot. Along with the less transparent material Luminare spoke of, it feels much less open and inviting.

I was thinking superstand . I was also thinking about CDwarehouse but after a google I discovered there are still some locations including one in Houston.

38' for 16 stories difference? The heights listed on page 3 are 413 and 243.
Some changes have occurred since the renderings?

To be Larry or not to be Larry Dierker, is that third and taller crane in the frame for that condo building going up with the 60's theme? The one that has three wings?
It appears to be. I originally thought it was a third crane at Capella due to it having a similar color pattern, but after checking the Vantage highrise thread, it is indeed the Vantage crane.

So this will be going in place of that giant parking lot.
Yes. the two parking lots that straddle william C. harvin blvd.
I tried to add this to the devmap like 3 weeks ago, but they have apparently stopped updating.
also the building in the bottom left corner of the rendering is the Forensics building that is currently under construction.

The under ground parking is probably part of their flood plan to help prevent the campus from flooding.

We're not against rap. We're not against rappers. But we are against those thugs. And zoning.

but after gut bursting beers and a hot dog, maybe some nachos followed by more beers, I'm in no mood for Italian. The games are long so not eating is not an option. And it's baseball so not drinking is not an option .
Ever since Jackson St. BBQ opened (they have a stand in MMP now but it's more expensive) I stuff my face there before almost every game I attend. And get a head start on my buzz. It's usually filling enough to hold me through a game unless I have to show up early for a bobblehead.

Many in the baseball crowd are quite affluent and might enjoy the fancy eateries. I mean if you're willing to pay $12 for a nasty ballpark burger, $10 for a bud light, $30 for a tee shirt, and $117.42 a piece for good seats you may have some disposable income.

Just noticed the pin strip 2 floors from the top kinda matches the stripe on MMP.

Not sure how helpful this is, but the interactive downtown parking map may help find some garages to shoot from.

Went by Christians today after dropping by MMP for my final 2015 bobblehead. Decent amount of people coming and going. I think they'll do good.

part of the reason for trenching the freeways is to reduce flooding in neighborhoods. Nobody should be on the roads during severe rainfall. Stay at home. Stay at the office. Don't drive into flooded roadways and you will probably live.
