HoustonMidtown
http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/blog/breaking-ground/2014/06/river-oaks-to-get-ultra-luxe-townhomes.html Davis Builders recently broke ground on its new development, a six-residence community called Morada, at 2411 Rosamond in the Upper Kirby/River Oaks area. Starting at $1.3 million, the four-story homes will be within walking distance to West Ave and Whole Foods Market. The homes will feature rooftop terraces and two of the homes are designed to offer private pools. Floor plans range from 4,061 to 4,713 square feet.
Luminare
I feel like we are in some strange time warp and we are back in the 'battle of the styles' during the last turn of the century through the 1920's. One thread was "Italian Renaissance" and the next is "Spanish Revival". Really this actually looks very faithful to that kind of architecture and *gasp* no garage in front lol. As long as they don't try to "age" the building afterwards then these might actually look good in that area.
