It mentions a site along the Westpark Tollway/FM 1093 on the north side, but CBRE's information shows it is actually on the south side of that road, near Texas Heritage Parkway and a planned extension of McKinnon Road.   5. So its official, the Houston Area will be getting it's first Ritz-Carlton Residences. It's going to be in The Woodlands off Lake Woodlands. I would have preferred it to be in Houston, but maybe this will catalyze a possible future Ritz Carlton hotel for Houston.   9. I wonder when this corner will be redeveloped into something taller. A High-Rise hotel just opened next door. Levit-Green is just a mile down Holcombe. Prime real estate to just have a single-story building.

Architect of Record: Kirksey Design Architect: Lake | Flato Architects Notice to Proceed with Construction: October 2022 Information: 3‐story mass timber commercial office building (54,850 SF) within a 2.80‐acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of Bridgeland Creek Parkway and Summit Point in Cypress, Texas. The office will be part of a dynamic walkable masterplan with multifamily, grocery-anchored retail and entertainment uses. The Project will be seeking LEED Gold and Fitwel certification. In addition to multi-tenant offices, this will also be the location of Howard Hughes Corp’s local office & the Bridgeland Welcome Center.

  14. We didn't have a thread for this campus and building. Within time the surface lot will developed. The building's address is 1977 Butler Blvd.
  15. I went to school at AI of Houston across the street. That was 7 years ago. At that time I think there were plans for apartments. 🤔

Project: Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center Location: 4410 Reed Road Houston, TX 77051 Architect: Kirksey Information: The Sunnyside Multi-Service & Health Center is a single 2-story building, approximately 56,000 SF. The new facility will combine the community service oriented Multi-Service Center programs and the Health Center programs into one facility. The building will be located on a 6.5 acre site and construction is set to begin the 2nd quarter of 2021 with a duration of approximately 16 months.
  17. From the planning commission. This school is looking to expand. Seems they are asking the city if they (COH) will allow for the abandonment of a large part of Hadley St. Anyone know if there are any renders for this one? Glad to see a school in this area get some upgraded facilities. Seems like some recreational facilities will be added to this campus as well.
