Congress Ave in an amount not to exceed $402,500. The S Congress and E Live Oak project consists of approximately 2.84 acres of land located at 2105 S. Congress Ave. (the “Property”). The Property is located entirely within the City of Austin’s (the “City”) Full- Purpose, Impact Fee Boundary, Austin Water’s service area for water and wastewater, the Desired Development Zone, and the East Bouldin Watershed. A map of the property location is attached. Soco Development LP (the “Owner”) is proposing to develop approximately 5 single-family homes, 273 multi- family units, 8,000 sq. ft. retail space, and 8,000 sq. ft. restaurant space. The Owner requested that the City provide water utility service to the Property as proposed in Service Extension Request (SER) No. 5627. Austin Water will provide retail wastewater service to the Property as proposed in SER No. 5628.

So its official, the Houston Area will be getting it's first Ritz-Carlton Residences. It's going to be in The Woodlands off Lake Woodlands. I would have preferred it to be in Houston, but maybe this will catalyze a possible future Ritz Carlton hotel for Houston. I wonder when this corner will be redeveloped into something taller. A High-Rise hotel just opened next door. Levit-Green is just a mile down Holcombe. Prime real estate to just have a single-story building.

The new facility will combine the community service oriented Multi-Service Center programs and the Health Center programs into one facility. The building will be located on a 6.5 acre site and construction is set to begin the 2nd quarter of 2021 with a duration of approximately 16 months. -
From the planning commission. This school is looking to expand. Seems they are asking the city if they (COH) will allow for the abandonment of a large part of Hadley St. Anyone know if there are any renders for this one? Glad to see a school in this area get some upgraded facilities. Seems like some recreational facilities will be added to this campus as well.
