    I had to drive today to work today, so I snapped a panaorama from the One Market Square garage.

    The rumor I've herd from a friend mine who's going to work at the club is that it should opening on September 12th. They're staff and not involved in the design/construction of the club, so I can't say for sure if that's a solid date, but they seem to think that's the opening day.

    There is tunnel access at the basement level of the One Market Square garage, and the tunnel was connected and functioning before they started the the Texas Tower construction. It's closed now, but here's a shot looking towards the garage from the texas tower end of the tunnel, and another from the lowest parking area up the stairs towards the Texas Tower site. I'm sure it'll be reopened when the Texas Tower construction finishes.

    They were running the generator and cooking some trees this morning.

    They had notices on the door stating that filming was in progress when I walked by at lunch today. I'd bet there will be video or tv spot popping up before they open. The place looked close to complete when I peaked through the glass.

    I think it's an old design or another building model swapped into the rendering to showcase Render Spot's capabilities. It looks like several newer buildings are missing from this skyline (Aris, 609 Main, 811 Main, Bank of America Tower) and the old Chronicle building and garage are still there. Also, this building appears to use the entire site, which now contains Phase I (the parking garage). I'm betting Linbeck isn't in a hurry to tear down their newly completed garage, so however the new building is designed it will probably fit in the footprint of the existing surface parking lot next to the garage.

    It's a materials mock-up.Typically used to show the client what the final materials will look like, and the quality expected of the subcontractors doing the work.

    I'm not sure if the construction fencing is new, but I've never noticed it before. Also, they're now flying a flag that matches the logo on the website.

    I cut through Understory on my lunch walk. Several people were playing foosball and pingpong on the tables down there, and I snapped a photo of the progress on the mural from earlier in this thread. The two food vendors that are up and running had size-able lines, and lots of other people eating lunch in the space. Sent from my Google hand held wireless telephone and photographic tracking device.

    Pure speculation, (please delete or move if this is the wrong place) but I'm betting Bank of America Center becomes TC Energy Center. TC Energy is a major tenant who's lease doesn't expire until 2030, and 3 days ago the domain tcenergycenter.com was purchased. Link to the whois search that shows when the domain was purchased. There's also been a TC Energy logo projected on a wall in the lobby near the elevator bank since they had an event a few months ago.

    They have removed the Bank of America Center naming from the building and were breaking down all the furniture within the former BofA location in lobby as I left today.

    Now that the preston corner of the garage is gone, you get a new down the street perspective of Aris.
