    I live on Walnut Bend and cycle on that road almost daily, there's always people walking or riding their bikes.

    I've noticed a lot of plumbing and electrical issues here. Also, I don't expect the second phase to happen anytime soon, I'm pretty sure these apartments are mostly empty.

    B-cycle is set to triple in size over the next 2 years, adding 71 stations with 568 bikes.

    Projects like this and all the townhomes have been more import to the transformation of the inner loop than any large tower or apartment block IMO.
