They are already gone. The entire street is open, but some of the construction signs remain.

Ah yes.. the morning I wrote that they were still up. Yeah!

Now the fun begins as people will try to figgure out how to use the middle lane.. :wacko:

Soooooooooo nice to be rid of the barrels. There had been construction the entire time I have lived at my house, so it's weird not to have to deal with it anymore.

The question is, will they ever start greening the middle lane in either direction? thus far, it has been yellow both ways all the time. What did they do before the construction started? Personally, I don't see why they didn't just make the center lane a full time turn lane and be done with it.

The center lane normally runs south in the morning, turn lane during the day, and north in the afternoon rush hour. It is probably running yellow for a while to get drivers used to the system.
