The hospitality group is teaming up with Rex Hospitality on the Midtown bar & grill venue. Houston Astros' Lance McCullers Jr is the co-founder of Rex Hospitality. The hospitality group also operate Maven, a coffee and cocktail shop. Solarium is a bar & grill opening soon at 820 Holman St. The bar replaces Holman Draft Hall. The Chron.com also has additional details about to expect from Solarium: Rex Hospitality and the Kirby Group released a little more information about what Holman’s replacement is all about. The new concept at 820 Holman St. is a 9,000-square-foot watering hole that features a restaurant, a bar, four pickleball courts, two paddle courts and five lounge-court bays with waiter service. https://www.chron.com/food/article/astros-mccullers-midtown-bar-solarium-19771791.php Edited September 18 by IntheKnowHouston

Is Solarium really open at 820 Holman St? I haven't been to Midtown recently to check for myself. The bar's social media doesn't indicate it's open. Also, I haven't come across any online posts pertaining to the revamped spot. When you passed by, were there any noticeable changes to the patio area?
