I agree with the enjoy idea. Like music, one does not need to be a virtuoso to recognize greatness when he or she hears (or tastes) it. 😀

But I totally agree with the ENJOY thing.... let the vegans have California... Vegan is an old Indian (casino/feather type) word that means bad hunter  :)
