Highrise Tower Posted March 17 Share Posted March 17 Interesting to note, the Texas Medical Center Parking Garage 11 located at 1102 Bates Avenue is contract-only. This isn't a public garage. I do wonder if a patient could apply for a monthly parking pass, just as an employee of the TMC would. The building/street signage is kind of hidden. Possibly. It likely depends on if it's operated by the Medical Center, or contracted out to a private company to run.
