As previously noted, ReVive Development / Re:Vive Development has plans to renovate the warehouse structure on the 1045 Ashland St property. With yesterday's filings, I'm guessing it will not be long until a plan review fee permit is filed. You don’t leave a popular higher end restaurant to make croissant sandwiches and eggs Benedict. Although the Tastemaker Award winner has been tight-lipped about specifics, he has signed a lease in the Heights for a new restaurant that will open this year.
