I'm drawing a blank as to the name of the building. However, it is a roughly 8 story building on the southwest corner of the intersection. It is south of the Harris County Administration building, and next door to (or behind) the Scanlan Building at 405 Main St.

Starbucks will be on the corner of the first floor.

EDIT: The Republic Building

William Ward Watkin had his office of architecture on the 11th floor of the Scanlan Building as well.
