The other is The Burger Joint at 1016 Gessner Rd, Ste B. Also, maybe title of this topic should be modified to 1014-1020 Gessner Dr? This was a retail center which included the CVS. Everything with the exception of CVS was demolished last fall. I'm not sure if other retailers are planned for the property. In place of the former retail center, a standalone restaurant is shown in the leasing flyer. Next to the pad site is CVS at 1002 Gessner Rd. It's on the adjoining 1002 Gessner parcel. Both the 1002 Gessner and 1016 Gessner parcels are owned by the same person/company. However, as noted in posts above, this is the site of a future Memorial outpost of The Taco Stand. In addition to The Taco Stand, The Burger Joint will be located in Suite B.
