The property is near Bastrop St and Emancipation Ave in East Downtown. It's also near the International Promenade. J-Bar-M Barbecue restaurant is nearby too. Three houses are/were located on the property. One home is/was located at 2305 Bell St. The other houses are 2307 Bell St and 2309 Bell St. According to county records, each house was built in 1940. Ownership is also listed as 380 CR, LLC and 380CR LLC in the county clerk's database. The owner of 2305 Bell St has several businesses in town. It shows the cleared lot at 2305 Bell St. The home was demolished recently.
