This is across the street from the Global Student Housing on Scott St.

makes since , up the road from a high school  and across the street from the new student housing.. so could see alot of traffic

Too bad there isn't a light rail stop close by. Students at UH and TSU will have to walk to the housing and to the Food Truck Park if they don't have transportation.

Walking past those two corners or through Lucky Seven to get there is scary enough. Those corner stores got to go

As noted in the satellite view in the first post, the proposed food truck park is located on two parcels: 3500 McGowen St and 2604 Scott St.

The tracts are near Texas Southern University (TSU), University of Houston (UH), and Yates High School.

Either the Food Truck Park was cancelled or postponed because Cive/Global Student Housing moved their construction trailer in the property. Cive is taking down the fences so they can do the landscaping for the student housing.

. at no curb cut access allowed so they had  to make a paved bridge
