The former Golden Corral restaurant and site is up for sale. 1.26-acre site including a 55,042 square foot building. Loopnet listing: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/3033-South-Loop-W-Houston-TX/28221593/ 1.26-acre premier retail/medical pad site available. The property is located at the lighted intersection of South Main Street and Interstate 610. Based on an architectural barriers project filing in November, which Hindsky posted above, an Izzi Market is planned for the site.
