The legal description lists it as two lots and one tract. The area is 12,710 SF, so getting five lots on it would be pretty easy and is almost twice the minimum size. The parking lot is on N Milby St. 111 Milby St is a shared driveway development on the east side of Milby between COmmerce and Sherman.
