Deep south rigging is lodged in my brain. Was about 200 feet from this disaster when I was still an intern in college. 21 years old at the time.

I bank at the Texas Bay Credit Union and was there early that morning in July 2008 and the crane came down around noon that day. 

 

These are some pics from Feb. 2013 project at the Lyondell Refinery on Lawndale.
