The parcels are next door to the Oak Manor Apartments at 1705 W 34th St. Next to Oak Manor Apartments is the commercial development 33 1/3 @ Thirtyfourth. It's located at 1717 W 34th St on the corner of Ella Blvd. 1629 W 34th St is the former site of restaurant supply store Cafe Mart. It's categorized as a Class 2 subdivision replat. The land use is listed as unrestricted. The replat consists of 1629 W 34th St and 1625 W 34th St. This is in the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area. 1629 W 34th St is the former site of restaurant supply store Cafe Mart.
