Going off ownership, the subdivision plat you're referencing is not related to 4831 N Shepherd Dr. The owners are not the same.

As mentioned, 4831 North Shepherd Dr is for the forthcoming retail center Shoppes at Shepherd (or may be named Shops at Shepherd or Shops @ Shepherd.)

@goofy, there is an ongoing topic related to the property that pertains to the the subdivision plat named Lost Oaks. Thanks to @hindesky for pointing this out to me and steering me into the right direction. However, the topic includes the wrong address. The address is 810 Oak St and not 757 Oak St as posted.

Planning Commission approved the revised plat.

Side note: This is not in the Heights or the Greater Heights, this is in Garden Oaks. Just because it has a Shepherd address doesn't make it the Heights.
