In 2021, an entity tied to Ganges Houston Heights, LLC, filed a project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations: The Learning Experience. It's a national chain of childcare centers. Bisnow Houston noted this in their weekly real estate and deals round-up: "The Learning Experience, a childcare franchise, plans to open six new locations in Houston over the next two years.
