CBRE took over for JLL and created a new property flyer.  New development information here!

On the new property flyer, the aerial view of the nearby land omits both the UT Research Campus and TMC BioPort along the Buffalo Speedway/Holmes areas.  Too bad, but I guess that's the realty.  Maybe they could have at least indicated their proposals, to let others know about the high value land in the area. "Former TMC BioPort", or "Former UT Research Park campus".  I also don't see the infamous 291-acre park called Willow Waterhole in the property flyer.  Very surprised to see Brochsteins though!

It looks like the failed Saint Nicholas School land will be a town home development! Also, half of the South Main frontage parcels is being allocated (sold already?) for retail.  The remaining parcel a long South Main is for sale, and it's 2.8 acres.
