pineda Posted September 24, 2004 Share Posted September 24, 2004 Good question, and if it IS still open, who owns it?It used to be called Prime Outlets-Conroe, but is no longer listed as a location on www.primeoutlets.com, and the www.conroeoutletscenter.com doesn't work. Last time I was there, there weren't a lot of shops open and it felt DEAD there. But the prime outlets center in San Marcos is a tourist destination, it's huge! A lot of people from around here make treks to San Marcos for back-to-school shopping or Christmas shopping. I don't know why Conroe couldn't have done better.
