IronTiger Posted June 16, 2015 Share Posted June 16, 2015 I would say the coolest office is where you can crank the thermostat down as low as you want.Actually, I remember reading some survey where to a woman, the most important thing to a good office is a window, for men, it was access to a thermostat. I'm one of those millennial software guys they want to attract... but seriously? Give me an office with a window so I can close the door, listen to loud rock music, and let me work. I want to get home and hang out with the people I actually want to see instead of pretending I'm having fun playing ping pong while making small talk.
