No idea about this 3rd Floor thing but hopefully it won't be a club. I don't think the Union spot will ever be a good spot. They should blow it up and start over. I just don't want it to be the place where people look like they are trying way too hard. I loved it when the dudes wearing shades, super tight jeans, and bedazzled shirts took off to Washington.
